During the summer of 2009, Tim Wilderman constructed a new two car, detached garage for me. Tim had previously finished the basement in my home in 2005, I have been completely satisfied with Tim’s work on both projects. Tim has excellent communication skills. I asked him quite a few questions because I like to know the various options available, and how things will go together. Tim has always been patient, thorough and accurate in his description of what will happen, and when it will happen. Rather than just follow “the plan”, I especially appreciated that Tim stayed on top of things and actively suggested improvements to the design of the project along the way (such as resizing the windows for better light and appearance). The quality of his construction cannot be surpassed – everything is put together the right way and will last. Tim has worked with all of his subcontractors extensively and you can trust them to do great work. I’ve never heard of Tim having an unhappy customer, and would highly recommend him for any type of building or remodeling project.
